The 'Niagara Falls of Pennsylvania' is a bit ambitious, though we suppose the two locations do share the quality of being highly developed tourist attractions, with museums, gift shops, carved totems and more. That said, these waterfalls are large and dramatic. They're accessible by a large network of stairs and trails. It's easy to get away from crowds by heading to the upper falls.
