The Teruel area's jamón (ham) is widely respected throughout Spain, and Jamones Bronchales, 29km northwest of Albarracín, runs tours of its drying operations and shows how the jamón is prepared, with a tasting session at the end. They normally require at least 15 people, but individuals can join existing groups. Call or email them, or ask at Albarracín's tourist office.
