This neo-Gothic cathedral is the biggest Catholic church in Russia. Its construction was completed in 1917, but its history is one of turmoil: during Soviet times it served for many years as a dorm and later an office, to be renovated and returned to the Catholic church only in 1999. The cathedral has the largest organ in Russia.
