Sri Varada Raja Perumal Temple

Yangon

Dedicated to Vishnu, this lavishly decorated Hindu temple dates from 1928 and was built by the Indian businessman Dr S Ramanatha Reddiar. It has the classic South Indian gopuram style of entrance tower covered with Hindu deities.

The temple's main festival is a 10-day event in May or June and includes a flower procession.
