A modern, well-organized onsite museum displaying 598 pre-Hispanic objects from the inhabitants of Cantona, with a large showcase of volcanic obsidian, including a 2000-year-old obsidian dagger used for human sacrifice. The focus is on how the people of the region once lived, really bringing it to life with cooking implements and the reconstruction of a thatched hut. The information panels are in Spanish only.
