Two blocks west of Bodden Town’s compact center is one of the island’s oldest buildings, originally built in the 1800s. Destroyed by Hurricane Ivan, the traditional Caymanian home was completely rebuilt in 2004. Displays inside and out recreate daily life from centuries past and exhibit antiques and artifacts from the families who inhabited the house. The tour includes the house, pond and gardens.
