Following a fire that destroyed the original Provincial Hall, the impressive stone Legislative Building opened its doors to New Brunswick's Provincial Government in 1882. Join a half-hour tour to check out the 41m central domed tower and the dramatic spiral staircase in the entrance hall. Next door is the Education Building, built in 1816 and Fredericton's oldest surviving public building; it now houses the Opposition Offices.
