Whale Interpretive Centre

Vancouver Island

This unique, beautifully rustic barn-like museum is bristling with hands-on artifacts and artfully displayed skeletons of cougars and sea otters, but the main hooks are the many whale skeletons, mostly hanging from the ceiling. Minke, grey, fin and pygmy are part the menagerie but give yourself plenty of time to peruse everything carefully.

Guided tours are available.
