On the banks of the Brussels Canal, the engaged and engaging Millennium Iconoclast Museum of Art (MIMA) showcases contemporary art with a permanent collection that includes works from outsider artist Daniel Johnston and cinematographer Nicolas Karakatsanis. Founded in 2016, Kanal also hosts several temporary exhibitions throughout the year on topics such as protest art.
