The pandemic has left plenty of people feeling unmoored, but Oprah Winfrey has a new virtual experience designed to get them back on track. Called Oprah’s Your Life in Focus: A Vision Forward, the free interactive program is centered on wellness and self-care in uncertain times.
The four-part Zoom event is based on the global icon’s recent tour with WW (formerly Weight Watchers) and debuted May 16 with a 90-minute seminar on focus; the remaining installments will cover relationships, adaptability, and commitment and take place over the next three Saturday mornings through June 6, starting at 11:00 a.m. EDT. Each event will also be live streamed on social media – Winfrey’s Facebook page and WW's Facebook and YouTube channels – and they’ll all be available on demand after the fact.

"In early 2020, I spent nine weeks traveling the country, talking to people about being well and staying focused. It was exhilarating. Then the pandemic hit and shook us all," Winfrey said in a statement. "Now, it's more important than ever to be and stay well and strong. Together, let's reset, refocus and find clarity in what matters most."
With guided workbook exercises, suggestions for at-home self-care, and interviews with wellness-industry pros and event attendees alike, Winfrey “will share lessons in wellness that are carrying her through this moment,” according to a press release.

The announcement teased appearances from “some special friends,” and the first episode didn’t disappoint, with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Kate Hudson popping in to talk about quarantining with loved ones. “Their advice might help many couples because I think there’s either going to be a lot of babies or a lot of divorces after this pandemic 👀” Winfrey said in a Facebook post.
