The year didn't get off to a great start with bushfires in Australia and reports of a new virus in Wuhan. And while 2020 continued in an unprecedented path, there were still moments of light in there. Communities pulled together to take care of each other during the pandemic, through wildfires, and again during Black Lives Matter protests. There were some success stories in wildlife, conservation and marine clean-up projects. And even though travel was curtailed, we still enjoyed a window to the world through virtual experiences.
