An underwater archaeological survey in southern Greece is searching for sunken remains of one of Europe’s oldest human settlements. The location of the survey is in the Kiladha Bay, near Franchthi Cave. The cave is Greece's oldest and most significant Neolithic site, as it was inhabited on and off for about 35,000 years.
