Now that our thoughts are turning to travel again, people are dreaming about where they might go on future trips. These are the top ten rentals wish-listed by Airbnb guests, so you can see the top properties currently fuelling wanderlust.
The Hobbit Hole, Washington
This adorable hobbit hole sleeps two people in a queen-sized bed, and it is nestled right in the Columbia River Gorge mountainside, located in Orondo, Washington. It is reached via a short, but steep, hike, and there are six acres to hike around and explore, or you can just chill out at the indoor fireplace. The majority of your neighbours will be deer, rabbits, birds and grouse.
Dar Ahwach, Morocco
Dar Ahwach is a charming renovated riad at the heart of the Moroccan ancestral culture, located 8km from Jamaa el Fna square and close to the souks. It can accommodate up to seven people, and has a terrace, a living room with a TV and fireplace, a dining room and a fully-equipped kitchen. A housekeeper is on hand to take care of guests and breakfast is provided.

Villa Sanglung sits in an elevated postion in one of the last remaining untouched parts of Bali and offers uninterrupted ocean views. The Treehouse, Bali
The Balian treehouse sleeps two and is located three minutes by foot from the beach and two minutes from a river. It has a shared garden with a pool and several hangout areas, and it contains a bedroom, kitchenette, bathroom and two verandas. The Beach House, Brazil
This beach house is built directly on the beach and is located in a quiet area in Governador Celso Ramos in Brazil. It sleeps eight people and offers panoramic sea views and direct access to the beach. The house was designed in tropical timber and has large living and dining rooms and windows offering panoramic views of the sea, garden and beach. With a little luck, you'll see dolphins and whales.
The Hideout, Bali
The Hideout is a bamboo house set in the mountains by the Gunung Agung volcano in Bali, situated at a riverside among rice fields. It is rustic and authentic and is located right in the middle of Balinese village life. The house sleeps four and is set over two floors, and it includes a kitchen, relaxation area complete with hammock, stereo system, bean bags, a bathroom and an outdoor shower. The Villa, Iceland
The villa is located in Akureyri in the north of Iceland, and it sleeps four people. There's a living area with sofa, TV, dining table and kitchen, and the location offers views over the bay and Akureyri. There are shops, restaurants, cafés and galleries a short drive away. Guests can walk up to Sulur, the mountain above Akureyri, and rent horses for daily tours or a midnight sun ride.

This cave house hangs on the cliffs of the caldera in the centre of Oia and is part of a traditional complex of cave houses that used to serve as an old bakery. It has two bedrooms and a fully-equipped kitchen, and the bathroom has a handcrafted marble washbasin and a rain shower. Outdoors, the private terraces expand on different levels on the rim of the caldera, creating unique angles and comfortable sitting spaces, and there is also a hot tub to enjoy.
